I have a severely profound hearing loss. Since my hearing loss is so great, I find it very difficult to use the telephone or cell phone. The T-coil technology (found on many hearing aids to enable better hearing on the phone) had many drawbacks. Incompatibility, buzzing noise and distortion made hearing on the telephone difficult. I spent years searching for a device that would help me hear better on a phone. Unable to find a device to help me, my husband, Mike, and I decided to invent one ourselves.

The clearer sound offered by this device has opened an entire new world for me. My ability to hear and understand while using the phone has increased significantly. I no longer have to have callers repeat themselves over and over again! It’s amazing! I know that other users will find DirectLink extremely helpful in their lives.
